Job Descriptions

We offer three different career paths and entry points. Research and Development, Product Supply Engineering, and Product Supply Manufacturing. You choose which path is the most interesting and best fit with your skills and abilities.

Research & Development

You will invent, reapply, develop, and deliver breakthrough products, processes, raw materials, and packaging technologies that provide delightful and winning brand experiences to consumers. R&D Engineers work on cutting-edge technologies with multi disciplinary teams across the Company.

Product Supply Engineering

Conceptualize, define, design, start-up and optimize the chemical processes, packaging systems and control systems to manufacture our products. Note, these roles may be at a Technical Center or at one of our Manufacturing plants.

Technical/Process Engineer

Develop Concepts, Definition, and Design, and also start-up and optimize process, converting, packaging and facilities equipment. Manage the overall engineering process to create and select equipment to support new product ideas.

Control Engineer

Generate and execute process control strategies for chemical processes, high speed converting and packaging equipment. Provide the scope, control system and software design, and start-up support for new process and machine systems.

Product Supply Manufacturing

Academic Background

Research & Development

Mainstream Degrees/Roles: We typically hire candidates with degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, and Biomedical Engineering.

Product Supply Engineering

Mainstream Degrees/Roles: Degrees in Engineering are predominantly Mechanical, Electrical, Material, and Chemical. Potential entry – level positions include, but are not limited to: Packaging and Converting Equipment, Process, Machine and Process Control, Process Analytical, Energy and Safety Systems, and Environmental and Power Systems.

Specialty Degrees/Roles: Specialty engineering positions/roles could include: Project Management, Environmental, Welding and Health and Safety.

Product Supply Manufacturing

Mainstream Degrees/Roles: Within manufacturing, the majority of entry–level positions are filled by college graduates with a mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering degree.
