Timing for assignment rotation early in your career varies from two to three years. The variety of career opportunities and business locations gives you maximum flexibility in choosing a rewarding HR career path. International assignments may also become available based on your skills, interests and business need.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in diverse educational backgrounds (degrees in business, liberal arts or engineering). Focus in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or Training & Development preferred.
