Associate Manager

Whether it's designing or delivering tools, processes and systems to attract, inspire and develop our Talent (people), designing our Organizations to maximize productivity and reduce complexity to enable peak performance, developing HR and people systems (benefits, payroll, etc.) that are User-Focused, Nurturing our P&G Purpose driven Culture through inclusion, coaching, policy and stewardship, or investing in our own HR Capability to accelerate the capability of our HR employees, we ensure the work of HR adds value for P&G, our shareholders and our employees.

What are we looking for?

Academic Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in diverse educational backgrounds (degrees in business, liberal arts or engineering). Focus in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or Training & Development preferred.

Specific Requirements

  • Solid demonstration of leadership, direction setting, and influencing others.
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving ability.
  • A track record of strong initiative, priority setting and follow-through.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and team-building effectiveness.
