Two Major Recognition Awards for P&G Argentina
P&G has been recognized as the Best Employer in Argentina, for the fifth consecutive year among companies with 200 to 1,000 employees. The ranking is based on a survey of human resources directors and focuses on five key aspects:
- Career
- Salary
- Working environment
- Timetable/conditions
- Training
The survey also considers the input of employees with the longest and shortest relationships with the companies, and human resources directors' spontaneous responses about the companies human resource practices. The Best Employers in Argentina survey is conducted by Apertura Magazine. The study collects the input of more than 160 companies. For the purpose of the ranking companies are divided in three segments according to the number of employees they hire: more than 1,000, between 200 and 1,000 and fewer than 200.
But wait! There's more...P&G Argentina also placed 8th in the distinguished "Ranking of Prestige" listing by the major local newspaper. These rankings are based on a survey conducted annually by CEOP (Public Opinion Center) and published by Clar�n Newspaper.
To create the ranking CEOP conducted a survey of 466 local executives. The prestige of companies is determined using attributes such as: quality of products and services, honesty and business ethics; ability to adapt; strategic vision of the business; economic and financial strength; creativity in commercial and marketing management; and social responsibility. Other companies in the top ten included: Arcor, Coca-Cola, Unilever, American Express and Mercedes Benz.
