What was your perception of P&G in college and has it changed now that you're an employee?
Before joining, I thought that P&G was just a great marketing company. I would have never guessed the amount of technological expertise that resides in the Company. I'm now amazed at the amount of brainpower behind the packages we see on the shelf. I never thought that a PhD graduate from a leading university could actually be useful and challenged in a company such as P&G.
What was your hiring process like?
It was intense, but in a good way. I remember the day was full of interviews, meeting people offline and presenting my PhD thesis. What impressed me most was how smoothly it went and the quality of the people I met. And then when I saw the light green carpet at the office, I said to myself, "Now, that's a place I want to work.”
What excites you most about your future with P&G?
The variety of locations you can work in. I see my career expanding to four continents. I look forward to relocating to a new region, gathering invaluable professional and personal experiences and offering my expertise where needed.
