Anca, Local Purchasing Representative Coordinator

Calling Anca an overachiever might be the understatement of the new millennium. After all, she did break three national Romanian swimming records at age 12, receive an NCAA "swimming" scholarship despite not swimming for five full years prior, and just one year into her P&G career, was nominated for the OGMS Balkans "Sorin Mustatea" Award.

My Department

Product Supply (Purchases): Purchases is the strategic sourcing link between P&G and our external supply base. Purchases professionals impact profitability on our brands, develop sourcing strategies, deliver capable suppliers, influence direction, and impact overall corporate results based on market knowledge and holistic perspective.

My Responsibilities

Manage projects for the Balkans region, handling Point of Sale Materials management.

My Greatest Achievement

Contributed to implementation of the logistical set-up for the Balkans Point of Sale Materials in 9 countries. The project was nominated for Balkans OGMS "Sorin Mustetea" Award in 2008.

Where did I go to school?

California University of Pennsylvania & Babes-Bolyai University. I graduated in 2006 & 2008.
