What’s the most exciting project that you’ve worked on so far?
So far it’s been my involvement on the new line of diaper technology here in Morocco. This was the largest project that our plant has been responsible for, and being a focal part of it was a great experience.
What excites you most about your future with P&G?
Well, now that I have a three-month-old daughter, making good quality diapers has taken on a whole new meaning for me. So to know that my work is helping not only my own daughter but other parents and their children as well as get a good night’s sleep is rewarding but also exciting when you realize how many people’s lives you’re actually able to touch at P&G.
What is the coolest thing that has ever happened to you simply because you work at P&G?
The coolest thing for me is to go into a supermarket, whether in my own country or outside of it, and to see P&G products on the shelves. You feel this immediate connection, and it really puts your work into perspective when you see how far our 300 brands reach millions of people every day.
