How would you describe your duties?
I am an Account Planner in the RetailPULSE Organization supporting the Target Team in Minneapolis, MN. I create in-store execution plans (work orders) for the Execution Team in RetailPULSE. These plans leverage buyer and SAE objectives on sales plans, new item launches, distribution, shelving, and merchandising. RetailPULSE ensures we deliver the First Moment of Truth everyday in store.
What has been your most exciting project so far?
The Target stores launch of Olay Pro-X. As a recent new hire, I was involved in the business planning meetings with theTarget customer, and owned and developed the Tier 1 launch plans. This launch was recognized with a Best in Class Launch award and sales surpassed 6 MM in less than four months.
What's the coolest thing that's ever happened to you simply because you work at P&G?
I was offered a job by another company before I even started with P&G purely because they had heard that P&G had offered me a job.
