How would you describe your duties?
I’m responsible for executing the safe startup of all the projects here at our Kansas City site. So, it’s my job to lead our team of startup resources who take projects from our Engineering teams and deliver them to our Operations department.
How would you describe P&G’s work environment and culture?
P&G values each individual’s unique strengths. One way they make that clear is by providing a lot of flexibility when it comes to creating non-traditional work schedules. We have employees who are able to customize their lives with less than full-time schedules, job share opportunities and work from home arrangements. P&G’s commitment to work-life balance shows they value each person’s unique situation.
What made you choose P&G over other career options?
When I first went into Engineering, I wanted to design roller coasters. But as I started looking into career directions, I realized that it was more important to impact people’s lives through the products that they use every day. At P&G, I’m able to enhance the quality of life of millions through the P&G products that they trust and rely upon.
